Q:  Does green tea help with weight loss?

Green TeaA: Green tea contains chemicals known as polyphenols, which have antioxidant properties. Green tea is also correlated to fat loss. Green tea has thermogenic properties and promotes fat oxidation due to its caffeine content, which increases thermogenesis. Thermogenesis is the process of the body burning fuel (fat) without making chemical energy (the calories are released as heat).
