You Come First

It's so easy to forget about you. It's easy to fall into the same routine of taking care of everyone else: what needs to be made for dinner, where the kids need to be, deadlines for work and the list could go on and on. It may seem like second nature to nurture others in your life but when it comes to your personal success, it may take a little convincing. There may be times where you set limits on your success and in result your own life may be affected.

Taking good care of the people in your life is important but how can you really do well at it if you don't take care of you first. Take the airplane metaphor for example; when there is trouble, you must put the mask on you before you can help others. This month, try not to set limits on your success. Be in control of your own thoughts and behaviors and take control of your own personal destiny.

A serious commitment to personal wellbeing instantly sparks the motivation to achieve health goals. Then the commitment to attend all of your hypnosis appointments, listen to your hypnotic processes at home and to focus on daily goals becomes natural and effortless. Once the commitment is made, you can simply sit back and let your other-than-conscious mind create the behaviors and habits that transform your goals into reality and then you will be ready to take care of others.

When I first started in July I was wearing an uncomfortable 46 pant size, now I'm a 36 and it is still sometimes hard to believe.

I struggled with my weight for over 20 years. I had lost it once using the strict diet that is recommended at one of those big chain diet centers. Once I stopped using their diet the weight started to come back and before I knew I it I had not only gained the weight I lost, but I'd gained more.
