This Month...
Autumn Renewal
It's that time of year when our lives and routines can change unexpectedly. For example, on Monday you might be sweating your way through the morning commute in a sundress and sandals and by Friday find yourself digging through your closet for boots and scarves. The fall season can come at us quickly, and often we feel utterly unprepared. But when vacations come to an end, the back-to-school dust settles, and we get back to our regular routines, fall can be the perfect time for reflection and renewal.
In your A+ Affirmations class you learned that your mind is goal-striving; it serves you best when you give it direction. Have you written out your affirmations yet? If not, now that the house is quiet and you have a little time for reflection, sit down with a pad and paper and get writing. Start by closing your eyes. Then let yourself dream of your future just as you wish it to be. When you have mentally experienced that future in full color and with all the sound and positive feelings that go with it, simply open your eyes and write what you experienced. Be sure to use the word “I” and positive, affirming words. Once you've finished, read your affirmation out loud and notice how wonderful it feels to be the conscious creator of your future. Now simply read your affirmations daily, and get ready to amaze yourself!

"I lost 46 lbs in five months"
My name is David Delp. I live in Columbus, Ohio, and I work in construction. I have three daughters. I lost 46 lbs in five months thanks to Positive Changes Hypnosis Centers. I went from a size 36 waist to a trim 30. I have kept my weight off easily ever since.
Lifelong Battle
I had battled with my weight my entire life. I was heavy from third to sixth grade and then got a paper route and worked the weight off. When I was 19, I worked at a pizza restaurant. Needless to say, I packed on the weight. I stayed heavy until about age 28 when I went on a diet. I eventually gained it all back and then some.
My eating felt totally out of control. I ate whatever I wanted without thinking. I ate for gratification. The only problem was my weight kept climbing.
When I was overweight I had to give up my passion—water skiing. I was too heavy to pull myself out of the water. It was hard for me to get around at work and I felt sluggish, yet I continued to just eat and eat and eat. I even caused permanent back damage by carrying around all the extra baggage in my stomach.
I finally said, 'I'm going to call because I hated what I looked like. I called Positive Changes, went in for my free consultation and it was fabulous right from the beginning. It started working so quickly it amazed me. Right after my very first session I noticed changes right away. I didn't want to stop… continue or read more success stories here Testimonials do not necessarily reflect typical results/individual results vary.

Exercise With Ease
Resistance Exercise an Important Key for Weight Control
Whether you call it strength training, weight training or resistance training, research now shows that building and maintaining your body's muscle mass is the key to a staying fit for life. The average 35-year-old man has 18% body fat, but by age 65, he has 38% fat. And the body fat percentage change is even more striking in women. In fact, every decade from age 40, you may lose up to 6 lbs of muscle. You might not have noticed, since the size of your arms and legs often remain the same as when you were younger. But they're the same size because fat has replaced the muscle.…
