Autumn Harvest

Many people enjoy the autumn season more than any other. Perhaps it is the notion of the autumn harvest—the concept of reaping the rewards of what we have sown. At Positive Changes, we teach you to think of your thoughts as the seeds you sow in your mind. If you sow negative thoughts, you can only expect to reap a negative effect in your life. Conversely, if you regularly use hypnosis to sow the seeds of positive thoughts, you can expect that positive rewards will grow, bloom, and ripen in every area of your life.

Even though the autumn season can be a hectic time in our lives, it’s important that you continue to sow in your mind those seeds of success. You can do this by making sure that you take the time to attend all your Hypno-Health® and MindMastery® classes. Each class is filled with information to help you choose the healthy foods and thoughts that are right for you. Your Hypno-Acceleration® sessions will help empower your subconscious mind with positive affirmations and images and will keep you focused on your goals. And be sure to remember your personal and coaching sessions—your one-on-one time with your hypnotist that will help you define your destiny of success.

"I lost 65 lbs in 9 months"

Lorraine Williams after photoMy name is Lorraine Williams. I live in Clackamas, OR and I'm a Medical Assistant. I heard about Positive Changes Hypnosis through the newspaper. I was feeling extremely depressed about myself, repulsive was the word I used. I decided to check it out and see how it worked and if I thought it would work for me. I've been overweight off and on since I was about 24, so about 35 years, which is a long time. To date I've lost 65 lbs. I've gone from a loose 18 or very tight 16, to a size 6. It's taken me approximately 9 months to lose this.

I have tried losing weight with other methods. I've done the do-it-myself diet, Slimfast, Southbeach, and NutriSystem, I didn't enjoy not being able to choose what I wanted to eat, I like being in control. I did lose weight on them but it came back almost immediately. My program at Positive Changes made it easy because the thoughts were there but I didn't have to think about it.
