Sandy Mendes after photoMy name is Sandy Mendes and I live in Snohomish, Washington. I work in a hospital. I never used to be able to enjoy anything because I was so self-conscious about my weight. I joined a multitude of gyms and exercise programs and got all the exercise videos. I'd lose 10 lbs. with no problem, but I'd gain back 12. I was on a huge yo-yo and just kept getting bigger every time. I'm so glad that's over' I'm not at all worried it's ever going to happen again.
