How to Supercharge Your New Year's Resolution
The clock tolls midnight. You raise your glass and toast the New Year with misty eyes. In your heart you promise yourself that this year will be different. Perhaps you pledged to stick with your diet or to stop smoking.  Maybe you swore that you wouldn’t let stress get the better of you.

And then another year passes. You find yourself with yet another glass in your hand. Toasting yet another new year. Promising the same things you promised last year…and the year before that…

What stops you from keeping your New Year's resolutions?  Rehearsal. If you don’t rehearse the changes you want, you shouldn’t be surprised when they don't happen. Mental rehearsal is the power in hypnosis. Think of your hypnosis sessions as creating Post-It Notes for your mind. Hypnotic suggestions are reminders for the subconscious. They are designed to be triggered by daily events and to remind you to respond to situations in positive new ways. Hypnotic suggestions can help you focus on your goals, prompt you to exercise, and help you make healthy choices.

By using hypnosis to make the changes you want for you life, you can finally make your New Year’s Resolutions stick for good. Then you can be like Carol Hooper who took off more than 90 pounds ten years ago with the Positive Changes program and has kept it off. In one of her follow up testimonials she said, “Every year my New Year’s resolution was to lose weight. Not anymore! I have a new ‘can do’ attitude. There are no limits. I am living the life I’ve always dreamed of.”

"I lost 57 pounds in 10 months"

Lisa Barck after photoHi, my name is Lisa Barck.  I live in Lewis Center, Ohio.  I work in the IT industry as a project manager. I lost 57 pounds in 10 months with Positive Changes Hypnosis.
When I started at Positive Changes, I wore a size women's size 18 and now I'm a slender size 8. I feel wonderful!

I have always felt overweight. For the last 9 years I knew my weight was out of control and I needed to do something about it.  But what?  My husband never said anything about my weight, but he was worried about my health, and with good reason.  I was on blood pressure and cholesterol medication.  My weight and poor health had me so dragged down, I even needed medicine to battle depression.

I thought I had reached a point where I accepted my weight, but then one day I realized I was up to six diet colas a day. Every morning I would wake up feeling like the Michelin man—puffy and bloated.  That's when I knew I was out of control. I realized that something in my head needed to change. When it was looking as if I was about to jump up to a size 20, I decided I wasn't going to accept being fat anymore.  continue   or   read more success stories here

Exercise With Ease

Creating a Balanced Exercise Routine

By Michael J. Porter, CHT.

For a number of reasons, many people do not know that building muscle is the key to losing and keeping fat weight off. In fact, science has only recently made this finding. When aerobic exercise came to prominence in the mid 1970's the industry and the media focused on the benefits, ignoring resistance training that would build strength. New research is showing that adding muscle is the most effective way to lose fat quickly and safely, while at the same time improving ...   read more
