Are You Setting Limits to Your Own Success?

Most people are comfortable with making commitments to family, friends, and careers, but when it comes to committing to personal success, they tend set limits on their own time and energy. Clearly, commitment to family and friends is important, but how can you be there for others without first taking care of yourself?

By choosing to be a no-limits person, to be in control of your thoughts and behaviors, you are taking control of your personal destiny. Once this commitment is made, reaching and maintaining your goals will seem easy and effortless. As an active participant in your Positive Changes program, you will be helping your hypnotist to navigate you to where you want to be; you will use hypnosis to your advantage instead of being taken advantage of by advertisers who use hypnotic methods so well.

A serious commitment to personal wellbeing instantly sparks the motivation to achieve health goals. Then the commitment to attend all hypnosis appointments, listen to your hypnotic processes at home, and to focus on daily goals becomes natural and effortless. Once the commitment is made, you can simply sit back and let your other-than-conscious mind create the behaviors and habits that transform your goals into reality.

"I have lost 50 lbs"

Michelle Adams after photoMy name is Michelle Adams and I am from Spokane, Washington. I felt my life needed a change because I was in a downward spiral. Before coming to Positive Changes, I was in a deep, deep depression. I knew that was part of my weight gain. I knew I needed to make a huge change. I've always been overweight. I was 220 pounds when I graduated from high school. I've gained and lost it over the years since high school. I'm 41 years old now. I've been down to 120 pounds and I've been back up to 210 pounds, and that's where I was at when I came to Positive Changes six months ago.

My self-esteem was at its lowest when I came to Positive Changes. My evaluator knew that this was the perfect place for me and she knew they could help me. Since coming to Positive Changes in February, I've lost 50 pounds. I've gone from almost a size 18 to a size 10. I can't wear any of the clothes I was wearing before I started. I had saved a pair of jeans that I wore…  continue   or   read more success stories here

Short Cardio Sessions and Fat Loss

Well, that excuse is no longer valid, according to researchers at the University of Wisconsin—Oshkosh. They believe that shorter, cumulative cardio sessions may be just as effective as one longer bout when it comes to fitness gains and fat loss…   read more
