It's back-to-school time and autumn is approaching. We're packing up our picnic baskets and trading our sandals for windbreakers. However, throughout the changing seasons, one thing should remain the same—the attention we give to our health. And with the kids going back to school, schedules can get hectic and we can easily forget to take time to relax.
Studies have shown that taking a few minutes out of your day to simply breathe deep can have a positive effect not only on your physical health, but can mentally recharge you. At Positive Changes Hypnosis we encourage our clients to take at least 30 minutes out of their day to relax and focus on creating little changes that will improve their health and appearance. By closing their eyes and visualizing their success as if it has already happened keeps their thoughts free to better organize their life while they lose weight or quit smoking.

"I Lost 53lbs "
My name is David Mosher and I live in Beaverton OR. I’m a longshoreman here in Portland OR. I heard about Positive Changes through the newspaper ads. I knew that I needed to do something to lose some weight. I’ve been overweight for several years. It’s been slowly creeping up 5 to 10 pounds a year for probably the last 10 years or so.
