This Month...

As the days get shorter, the sun sets earlier and Daylight savings time ends, our schedules start to change.  All the kids are back in school now and the lazy summer nights are becoming work-filled autumn evenings.  Why not take the opportunity to help pave the way into a healthier you?  There are many things you can do to get your health back on track before the New Year, and we can help!

With this season change folks tend to procrastinate.  People are inclined to think that they should wait until the New Year to lose weight or quit smoking.  Unfortunately, that rational will only cause you to fall further and further into those bad behaviors. 

For our clients at Positive Changes this is the time of year for them to relax, reflect and enjoy the changes they have made in their lives.  They are eating less, enjoying food more and are feeling satisfied not deprived of having a good time.  They are also able to manage better through the approaching holiday season without fear of gaining weight or smoking more due to stress.
