Holiday Eating - Food plays a significant role in holiday celebrations. Whether you are at your office party or visiting friends and family, food seems to be at the center of it all. You may find yourself tempted by all the tasty treats or you may succumb to the overwhelming pressure from family, friends, and co-workers to try every morsel offered. The added obligations during the holidays can also increase emotional eating and contribute to the holiday weight gain cycle. As a result, the average American gains weight, which then inevitably brings the same old New Year's resolution—to lose it. Whatever your reasons, you deserve to enjoy this season free from all the guilt that may come with it. At Positive Changes Hypnosis Centers, our clients are able to have their turkey and lose weight, too! By taking time to relax, they are taking control of their eating behavior and learning to enjoy the spirit of the holiday season without feeling deprived.

"I've lost 105 lbs and a total of 14 inches off my waist"
My name is Bill Birdsong. I live in Puyallup, WA. I work for Alaska Airlines as a maintenance controller. I heard about Positive Changes over a local radio station. I listened to it for probably 8 months to a year before I finally decided to make a call. I guess what finally made the decision for me was learning that nothing else was working for me. I finally got the message from the ad, which stated that I needed to change my lifestyle in a positive way, so I made the call. Before coming to Positive Changes, being overweight was something that was constantly on my mind. It was a day-to-day hassle. Everything, every aspect of my life somehow revolved around the problem with being overweight and the feelings I had with the way I perceived myself. I was probably grossly overweight for 15 to 20 years.
To date, I've lost 105 lbs and a total of 14 inches off my waist. My clothes have gone from a pants size of 50 to a 36, which is what I wear now. I lost the majority of that weight, probably 80 lbs of it, in the first 4 ½ to 5 months. In the last few months it has seemed to taper off a little bit. I think I've been gaining muscle mass so the weight has sort of balanced out a little bit from gaining muscle and losing fat. I can still feel myself getting thinner. continue or read more success stories here Testimonials do not necessarily reflect typical results/individual results vary.
