I was a smoker for 25 years. I used to smoke half a pack a day or more. It was ridiculous. 

I tried cold turkey many times. It lasted less than 2 weeks. I tried the patch and the gum. Nothing worked. I almost started with the Zyban pills. Why pump my body with more chemicals in addition to the nicotine? I was in this morass until I got an e-mail from a coworker who told me about Positive Changes.  

Smoking is not an issue anymore. When I was reminded to forget to smoke in the hypnosis sessions I stopped permanently. I no longer felt that I needed to have cigarettes around. It all fell into place naturally. 

While I quit smoking I actually lost weight! 

I’ve noticed lots of benefits since I quit smoking. Firstly, I don’t stink. That was a big improvement! 

After winter and the weather changed, I immediately felt like walking. I felt energized. I have an appetite and I can taste my food. I’m dealing with stress differently. Things [that used to stress me out] are no longer an issue. My family has a history with heart disease and high blood pressure. I’m no longer adding to that risk! Imagine, while I quit smoking I actually lost weight! 

When I was a smoker, if you would have asked me if I was in control, the answer would have been, ‘Back off baby, of course I am.’ In hindsight I realize that I was not in control. I would run down two flights of stairs in -40 weather just to have a cigarette. I would leave my warm, dry home and drive to the store for cigarettes because I had forgotten to buy them. That’s not control, not even close. 

In my business you’ve got to have an opinion and stick to it. My Positive Changes program has been amazing. I’ve gained much more than being smoke-free. Hypnosis is so relaxing! I now have a better memory and retention. I’m tapping into parts of my brain that I had never met before. Hypnosis, and the power of suggestion, were an amazing experience for me!  

I’m recommending Positive Changes to friends already. I’m confident that I will never smoke again because it’s different this time. Quitting was easy and effortless. I know that cigarettes will never take control of me again. Now that I’ve done it, why not try it for yourself?
